About

Wade’s real estate career began in 1999 and he quickly climbed to the top of the industry.  By 2005 he had built a $60 million dollar multi-office real estate firm and was named one of Realtor® magazine’s Top 30 Realtors in the country, under the age of 30.  Wade’s dedication to client’s needs, coupled with a passion for his business, formed a great relationship.
When the recession hit Wade saw many brokers give up, not from a lack of drive, but from not knowing how to adapt their mindset and business approach to succeed in tough times. Wade recognized that it was the home buyers and sellers who suffered the most from this lack of business savvy.   Realtors simply stopped spending marketing dollars on homes and relied on bad photos in the MLS and a yard sign to sell a home.
Wade is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and understands that marketing luxury properties is all about identifying the key characteristics that make a home unique, finding the home’s story, and telling that story to the right prospects. Most agents take the cookie-cutter mass marketing approach with a luxury property.  This is very ineffective and a waste of time and money. Targeted lifestyle marketing helps to sell the home more quickly and at a higher price.
The fact is, not all agents are equipped to handle a luxury property.  Buyers and sellers in the upper-bracket demand more skill, knowledge and effort than the average agent is willing to provide a client.
Today, Wade remains one of the top real estate Brokers in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin and continues to represent and sell luxury properties.  His early success story, drive and determination was key in being chosen as a contestant on Season 10 of NBC’s The Apprentice – a reality TV series headed by real estate mogul and billionaire Donald Trump.
Wade is a graduate of Woodbury High School and currently resides in Woodbury with his wife Michelle and two Daughters, Madalyn and Gwenyth.  Wade enjoys giving back to the community he grew up in.  He recently was a part of a group of local business owners that were able to raise close to $60,000 to complete the Miracle Field project near East Ridge High School.  Wade also volunteers with the Woodbury Area Hockey Club and various suicide prevention and mental health awareness non-profits.

Wade’s “no excuses” attitude and conviction that you have to live with the choices you make drive his engaging, competitive attitude.
