Woodbury’s luxury home market continues to improve. Towards the end of 2013 we began to see some “move up” activity in the market as more and more homeowners continue to come out from underwater in their current homes. Wedgewood led the way with two of the most expensive homes sold in Woodbury in 2013 – both located on Wedgewood Point. 8255 Wedgewood point sold for $870,000 and 8247 Wedgewood Point sold for $925,000 – both of these homes were sold by Wade Hanson.
Stonemill Farms also broke a record recently, 11269 Halstead Trail became the most expensive home ever to sell in Stonemill Farms selling for $861,000. Wade Hanson of RE/MAX, Results also sold this home.
It’s clear the luxury home market in Woodbury is making a recovery and 2014 looks to be a banner year.
