It’s the type of place where neighbors become friends, kids grow up together, and there’s always something fun to do.
But what really gets people excited are the housing options. Stonemill Farms has a little something for everyone, from townhomes in the $300,000-$400,000 range to swanky luxury homes that fetch over $1 million. In 2022, not many people were moving out; everyone seemed pretty cozy staying put. But hey, 2023 might shake things up—who knows?
Wedgewood: The Golfer’s Paradise
Next up is Wedgewood, a blend of different sub-neighborhoods like Wedgewood Valley, Wedgewood Heights, and Wedgewood Park. What’s the major pull here? The golf course, hands down. If you’ve ever wanted to live where you can practically tee off from your backyard, this is your spot.
I often see families graduating from Stonemill Farms and making their next home here in Wedgewood. They’re looking for more space, larger homes, bigger lots, and of course, that irresistible golf course.
Dancing Waters: A Close Second to Stonemill Farms
Last but certainly not least, we have Dancing Waters. Think of it as Stonemill Farms’ not-so-distant cousin. You’ve got similar amenities like a community pool, a clubhouse, and walking trails. But there’s one key difference—the high school zoning. While East Ridge High School serves Stonemill Farms, Dancing Waters is a Woodbury High School neighborhood.
Housing options? Plenty. From entry-level townhomes to custom-built luxury homes, it’s another place where I see families putting down roots for the long haul.
