Research over the last three years of single family residential home sales in Woodbury shows a positive sign for the luxury market. 
Homes with a price greater than $700,000 have nearly doubled since 2010! While homes sold between $500,000 and $699,000 have remained about the same with 38 sales in 2010 and 35 sales in 2012.
