Woodbury’s housing market the last 12 months was the strongest since the “Great Recession”.  Home sales in Woodbury were up nearly 10% in 2015!  Many homeowners have finally built positive equity in their homes and are now able to move up to their next home, creating a robust housing market.  Low interest rates, low housing inventory and high buyer demand will make 2016 another banner year!  It’s a great time to make a move.

Which Neighborhoods Performed the Best in 2015?

Stonemill Farms continues to see the highest number of homes sell with nearly 90 home sales in 2015.  The neighboring community of Dancing Waters had the highest price per square foot for the third consecutive year.  Homes in Dancing Waters sold for $144 per finished square foot – over $15 per square foot more than the overall average of $129 per square foot in Woodbury.  Wedgewood also conitnues to be a highly desirable neighborhood with an average sales price of $566,944.
